You may notice some updates to our online booking system, pricing structure, and service menu — and we wanted to explain why. 🤍 Our new booking experience was designed to make choosing your services simpler, more transparent, and more personalized than ever before. ✨ WHAT IS INCLUSIVE PRICING? Our updated pricing structure is now more “all-inclusive,” meaning many of the essentials previously added separately are now built into your service investment whenever possible. This helps eliminate surprises at checkout and allows for a more seamless salon experience. Depending on your appointment, your visit may include things like: • Customized glossing/toning • Luxury shampoo experience • Blow dry + finishing styling • Product recommendations tailored to your hair goals • Additional time for detail work and consultation ✨ WHY WE UPDATED OUR BOOKING MENU We restructured our services to better reflect the level of customization we provide behind the chair. Instead of overwhelming guests with confusing salon terminology, our menu is now designed around RESULTS and EXPERIENCE. This helps: • Make booking easier online • Ensure enough time is reserved for your hair goals • Better match you with the right stylist + service • Create more consistency in pricing and timing ✨ OUR GOAL Our goal has never been to simply “raise prices.” Our goal is to provide a luxury salon experience with clear expectations, elevated service, and the time needed to give every guest the attention they deserve. CANCELLATION POLICY
With the respect for our stylist time and expertise; our salon policies are as follows. In the event that your appointment is not rescheduled or canceled 48 hours prior the start time of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A deposit is required to book an appointment. Desired appointment will NOT be held without a deposit. Your deposit is nonrefundable. Your deposit will be forwarded to your next appointment in good faith, while honoring our salon policies. Rescheduling & cancelling 48 hours prior to your appointment are encouraged to be made by the link to our website sent to your mobile phone number or email address. You can also alter appointments by calling the salon within business hours. Emails sent to the business email are NOT accepted as a form of cancellation.
